Commercial Lighting Maintenance Ltd (CLM Electrical) is a small family run business based in Woking, Surrey. The company have over 24 years experience in electrical installation, testing and certification.

CLM's experience is mainly in commercial and industrial works in both the private and public sector. CLM regularly install and maintain electrical systems as well as statutory testing in offices, public buildings, schools factories and shops. CLM also carry out electrical works in domestic properties for housing associations and letting agencies.

  CLM carry out the testing of emergency lighting and the electrical installation with certification for public buildings for local authority entertainment licences, this includes testing of Residual Current Devices (RCD's) for public halls, public houses and schools.

CLM also inspect, test and report on electrical installations followed up with the issue of a certificate for house purchase, property letting, and periodic testing as recommended in the UK British Standard 7671.
